This article describes how to share files or folders from your public folder.
Instructions
Select the "Upload" button in the ribbon bar and select the file or folder you want to upload from your computer.
Once uploaded, select the circle just to the left of the filename/folder to select it (it appears when you hover over the filename)
Select "Copy Link" in the ribbon bar. You now have a link to your uploaded
document or entire folder that “people with existing access can see the file”.
COPY the link.- Then in the "Position Summary" or “Living Faith Story” box, add some text that says
(for example) “Please see this video which tells our Living Faith Story "and paste the copied link.
