This document provides instructions for reviewing and accepting a Record of Call or Appointment form within Communities of Faith. It guides the user to review the form fully, view and acknowledge the standard terms by selecting “I Understand,” and then return to the form to select both “I agree” buttons. Finally, the user must choose to Accept or Decline the form, noting that declining requires entering a reason and results in the form becoming a draft for further edits by the Community of Faith.
Instructions
Review the form completely. Once you have reviewed the form, select this button to View Standard Terms.
2. Review the terms and select I Understand. This will return you to the form.
3. Select BOTH “I agree” buttons and then choose Accept or Decline (if you choose Decline you must enter your reason for decline, and the form becomes a draft for the Community of Faith to make changes/edits).
